For timely processing of refunds, please ensure the following upon submission:
Cash Purchases
- Original tickets in good condition, stub must not be torn
- Complete application form
- Photocopy of NRIC/Passport (foreigners)
Refunds will be affected through a cheque.
Credit Card Purchases
- Credit Card holder must be present
- Original tickets in good condition, stub must not be torn
- Complete application form
- Photocopy of credit card front
Refunds will be affected through a reversal of your credit card charges.
