Event Account Servicing Executive
Responsibilities:
- To secure and understand potential Event Organisers on their event and provide input on our ticketing services.
- Proposal and Agreement preparation and negotiation.
- Work closely with Event Organisers on event requirements (layout plans, pricing, etc) and manage their expectations.
- To plan, organize, oversee and coordinate operations during event day.
- To analyse shortfall and weaknesses encountered during events to prevent repeat.
- To learn the ticketing system and its functions.
- Liaise closely with Finance Department on preparation of Payment report and Payment to Promoters.
