Responsibilities:
Man power planning, recruitment, selection, maintenance of staff records, performance management, compensation & Benefits, training & development, employee relations, employee welfare, industrial relation.
To ensure consistency with overall HR objectives, policies, procedures.
Ensure smooth and efficient day to day operations of all HR functions.
Coordinate and facilitate for new hires and orientation programs.
Handle matters pertaining to staff medical, leave, overtime, incentive and group insurance letters.
Organize social and recreational activities to promote employee interaction.
Manage, generate and analyze HR related reports.
 
  Requirements:
Relevant professional qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in service industry.
Familiar with computerised payroll.
Good understanding and knowledgeable of local employment laws.
Good in MS Office.
Fluent in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be self-motivated, organized, disciplined and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Committed, responsible and integrity individual.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
