Terms & Conditions 1. The above privileges are open to following cardholders:      - Visa Platinum      - Visa Signature      - Visa Infinite 2. Cardholders are required to present their cards to enjoy the privileges.

4. Purchases MUST be made through the dedicated HOTLINE or at authorised outlets. For list of authorised outlets, please check axcess.com.my or call dedicated HOTLINE.

5. Discounted tickets are limited to:
a) four (4) tickets per Visa Platinum, Signature and Infinite cardholder
b) while stocks lasts on a first come first serve basis.

6. Complimentary Alan Tam CD is only given with purchase made by Visa Infinite card. Only one (1) CD is given to per cardholder irregardless the quantity of tickets purchased on a first come first serve basis.

7. SURPRISE Entertainment show/concert tickets:
a.) One (1) entry form for the contest will be given with minimum purchase of RM200 Alan Tam 2008 Concert Live in Malaysia tickets in one transaction.
b.)There will be a lucky draw on 29th August 2008 and participants with the correct answer and complete particulars will be selected as the five (5) winners. All decisions are final.
c.) Each winner will get two (2) SURPRISE entertainment show/concert tickets as contest prize. The pair of tickets won will only be valid for one show and may not be exchanged for cash or any other show tickets.
d) Winners will be notified by mail upon confirmation of the show in which the prize tickets are issued for

8. Dedicated HOTLINE is only open on Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm; Saturday: 9am – 1pm; Sunday and Public   Holidays: closed

9. For HOTLINE telephone purchases, cardholders MUST present their Visa Platinum, Visa Signature or Visa Infinite Card when collecting tickets at the venue on the show day, 2 hours before show time. Tickets will not be released if the appropriate card is not presented. No third party collection allowed unless Authorization Letter is issued by the Purchaser (credit card holder) and presented upon ticket collection.

10. VIP entrance and priority ticket collection lane are available only on show day(s) at event venue, 2 hours before show time.

11. All privileges valid from now until 23rd August 2008.
