Ou Yang Fei Fei (欧阳菲菲) is a Taiwanese singer and actress who succeed in both Japanese and Taiwanese music industry since 1960s. She has brought plenty of popular songs such as “Walking In The Rain” (雨中徘徊),“You And Me In Love” (爱的路上我和你), “Hotty Desert” (热情的沙漠), “Wish“(向往) and much more. She is a legend in Taiwan and Japanese where she has a lot of fans from different age group. As followed by the past Ou Yang Fei Fei concert, she was able to achieve almost full house for all her concerts no matter whether it is held in Taiwan, Hong Kong or Japan.

歐陽菲（1954年9月15日－），為臺灣與日本的華語日語流行歌手，祖籍江西省吉安縣，是日本歌壇
長青樹，日本以菲菲颱風形容她唱片唱銷程度；弟歐陽龍是前中視當家小生、現中國國民黨籍台北
市議員。以中低音磁性嗓音著稱，無論是抒情及動感舞曲皆具「歌壇天后」唱將實力。1977年以
《熱情的漠》,《可愛的玫瑰花》、《Hi!Hi!Taxi》、《Oh!Mr. Lee》數曲動感舞曲快歌風靡台灣，
也是台灣、甚至中文歌曲首次出現英語第一次領導流行潮流
