Organized by Star Planet, the veteran Hong Kong Cantopop singer Alan Tam will stage his solo concert this 22 & 23 August 2008 in Arena of Stars, Genting Highlands. Alan has been a legendary singer dominating the music scene in the early-mid 80s with songs often winning 'Top Ten Songs of the Year' awards. Many of his songs remained greatest hits and are still widely played and appreciated by music lovers till to date.
He has released more than 107 music albums with over 20 million copies sold throughout the world. He marked the record breaking achievement as an artist with concert performances exceeded 264 shows in his music career. His last 3 consecutive concerts in Genting Highlands 7 years ago were overwhelmingly well received recording complete sold out within 3 weeks. The concerts ‘Neighbor’ in Malaysia also drew more than 20,000 followers each show.
Alan’s great talent, friendliness and his awesome performance gained him wide followers spanning around the world. His medley of songs has melted many people’s hearts too!
